I don't have my original charge card
You may return your merchandise even without a charge card. Please include the following information on any piece of paper:
1.The name and address under which the order was placed
2.What item(s) you are returning
3.The item(s) price(s)
4.Reason for returning
5.What you'd like us to do ( send refund money, create catalog credit, exchange for new merchandise) .
6.The form of payment
What does "Not Available" mean
When you add an item to your cart and a message is displayed that the item is Not Available, and no backorder date is presented, it means that the item is sold out and we will be unable to ship that item.
What does "On Backorder" mean?
When you add an item to your cart and a message is displayed that the item is on Backorder, and a future date is presented, it means the item will be available to ship on the given date. You may order that item and it will be shipped when it arrives in our warehouse. We do not offer express shipping on back ordered items.
What's your return/exchange policy?
We want you to be satisfied. Please return any item within 30 days from the ship date. We'll be glad to make an exchange, credit your account or refund your payment. After 30 days we'll be glad to issue a merchandise credit. Follow the instructions on the return form on the charge paper. For exchanges, there is no additional shipping charge. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is nonrefundable. We cannot accept worn swimsuits or lingerie; or garments used, worn, soiled or altered by the consumer. Store merchandise not accepted as return or exchange by mail. Please allow up to three weeks for processing.

*Delivery occurs Monday through Friday for 3-5 day & excluding holidays.
*United States Postal Service offers standard delivery Monday through Saturday.
If you believe your order is overdue email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will track your package and help to get your merchandise to you.
